Blind Justice by Anne Perry

*** I received a free copy of this book in return for an honest review*** This is my first Monk book, my favorites are Thomas and Charlotte Pitt, I can't seem to get enough of them. A well written story in Victorian England. One of Hester Monk's nurses is worried about how much money her father has given to his church's charity. When it is discovered that no charities are getting the money, Pastor Abel Taft is charged in court, where the judge tries to use his influence but fails. I prefer the Pitts over Monk but I do recommend that people decide for themselves.
