Whodunnit? Murder in Mystery Manor by Anthony E Zuiker

This book reminded me of the movie Clue. The characters were different as were the type of murders. I enjoyed reading it immensely. I would love to see this made into a movie. ****I received this book in exchange for an honest review***

Bones and Roses by Eileen Goudge

All is well until she receives a ;large box and opens it only to find her mother's body who she thought just left them when they were young. She now begins to investigate and eventually finds all the answers she seeks. ***I received this book in exchange for an honest review***

Cult by Warren Adler

This book gave a look into the issues of brainwashing in a cult and how they get their members. It shows how hard it is on the families and friends of the people lost to a cult. It depicts madness, blame and terror, but never tells why the wife left. ***I received this book in exchange for an honest review****

Trans-Siberian Express by Warren Adler

The storyline of the book is about a doctor who is American and a cancer specialist and a Soviet Politburo Chief who has leukemia. The U.S. sends the doctor to Russia to try to keep the Chief alive long enough to finish negotiations on an important treaty. The storyline skips between characters and kind of reminded me of From Russia with Love a James Bond movie. ***I received this book in exchange for an honest review***

Poe by J. Lincoln Fenn

This was a book that had it all ghosts, haunting and a good murder mystery. This was the authors first book and could be confusing in spots. The title is a little misleading since this book has nothing to do with Edgar Allan Poe. I think it could have used some fine tuning, but I'm sure as this author writes more she will improve. ***I received this book in exchange for an honest review****

Bella Wallis by Brian Thompson

A widow who has a secret identity creates novels that expose the riff-raff of high society under the pen name Henry Ellis Margan.Hopping all over Europe and writing all about it. A fine set of mysteries by an author who has created a great storyline and wonderful characters. ***I received this book in exchange for an honest review***

Marrow's Pit by Keith Deininger

This is a book full of invention and all that is original. This is my first read by this author but I will read more written by him. I normally do not read fantasy but this book may convert me. A well written story and fine characters. I received this book in exchange for an honest review***
